Sponsor a Crockpot and Help a Family in Need

Food insecurity is a growing problem in Easton and Talbot County. More than 20% of local kids and families are classified as food insecure. Many students come home to an empty house while parents are working—often without a hot meal waiting.

Through Tidewater Rotary’s FOLKS program (Feeding Our Local Kids & Seniors), we’re providing new 6-quart crockpots and ready-to-make meal packets to families at Easton Elementary School.

A $50 donation provides one family with a brand new 6-quart crockpot, ready-to-make meal packets, and the ability to serve a warm, healthy family dinner
